Recent Teachings and Advice for Rigpa Students

 

This year, two of Rigpa's advisory lamas - Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche and Jetsün Khandro Rinpoche - along with other masters such as Ringu Tulku Rinpoche, have given significant teachings and advice to the Rigpa sangha. They address the challenges we are currently facing as a community and as an organization.

In the context of public teachings and Sangha sessions, they responded to a wide variety of questions from students, addressing important topics such as:

  • Bringing the Dharma to the west
  • Buddhist ethics
  • The Student-Teacher relationship
  • 'Is Vajrayana for me?'

They also explored what we can learn from our current situation and how we can change, so that Rigpa can continue to truly be an important vehicle for transmitting Buddhist teachings and practice.
