An Introduction to
Dharma Study

Study is an indispensable part of the spiritual path. Through following these teachings by Sogyal Rinpoche and Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche, you will have the opportunity to examine your motivation for studying the teachings, deepen your understanding of study by learning how to apply the three wisdom tools: listening, contemplation and meditation, discover how study functions in combination with meditation practice, and learn how to practise ché gom, ‘analytical meditation’, and jok gom, ‘placement meditation’.
